COMING IN FALL 2005

Located on Sandbridge Road in the highly sought after southern section of Virginia Beach, Heritage Park will consist of 256 homes built by 10 of the areas' Premier Builders. There will be an Equi-Kids equestrian facility adjoining the community with riding trails on the perimeter.
All homes will back to green space, lakes or pedestrian trails. We anticipate the prices to begin at approximately $600,000 with completion dates beginning late 2005.
